Their needs had changed and that meant their house needed to as well. Thirty-one percent wanted a home with different features or amenities. Twenty-six percent needed space for a home office. And twenty-three percent wanted to be closer to their friends and loved ones. If any of these reasons resonate with you, it may be time to consider selling your house.
