Owner Finance/ Sales: Application, credit Report Evaluation, Obtaining and verifying
Land Developer: Developed raw land to developed land to sold parcels
General Contractor: obtained bids, scheduled subcontractors, furnished supplies, insured job was done in a timely manner.
