For years, I've pursued my personal goals in more traditional service occupations. As a Registered Nurse, I fully understood the unique needs of every individual patient, understanding the importance of properly addressing even the smallest of procedural details.

As a licensed Contractor and Real Estate developer, I appreciate the needs (and benefits) of satisfying legal requirements, budget, complying with building codes, organization, and overseeing contract through completion.

Real Estate Investment Property: Owner Finance* Sales* Rentals

Landlord: conflict solving, repairs, handling tenants, small claims court

Owner Finance/ Sales: Application, credit Report Evaluation, Obtaining and verifying

Land Developer: Developed raw land to developed land to sold parcels

General Contractor: obtained bids, scheduled subcontractors, furnished supplies, insured job was done in a timely manner.

Contracting Custom Home for aging in place and mutigenerational housing.
